As President of the Community of Property Owners 'Royal Park' Residential Complex situated in Los Altos, Orihuela Costa (Alicante), in which you are the owner of a dwelling,
I would like to invite you, as established on the second paragraph of Article 16 (Law 8/1999-LPH), to the Extraordinary General Meeting, which will take place at "NBA Consulting" Administration Office, located at 102, Calle Orihuela (next to TABISAM), Torrevieja (Alicante), on Thursday 31st August 2023 at ten o'clock in the morning (10.00 hours) on the first call
and at half past ten (10.30 hours) on the second call.

Estimado/a Señor/Señora:
Como Presidente de la Comunidad de Propietarios del Conjunto Residencial “Royal Park”, situada en Los Altos, Orihuela-Costa (Alicante), y en la que Usted es propietario de una vivienda, me permito convocarle a tenor de lo previsto en el punto segundo del artículo 16 de la Ley 8/1999, Ley de Propiedad Horizontal (LPH) actualmente en vigor, y teniendo en cuenta lo previsto en el Art. 9 del mismo precepto legal a efecto de notificaciones, para que asista a la Junta General Extraordinaria que se celebrará en la Administración de Fincas “NBA Consulting”, situada en la Calle Orihuela nº 102, Torrevieja (Alicante), el Jueves 31 de Augusto de 2023 a las diez en punto de la mañana (10:00 horas) en primera convocatoria y a las diez y media (10:30 horas) en segunda convocatoria.
